Shipping Policy

We ship our trees to arrive in 2-3 days.

BonsaiGram.com does everything possible to assure that your tree arrives quickly and in healthy condition. Therefore, we ship all trees to arrive in no more than 2-3 days. To prevent trees from being held by the carrier (we do not ship to PO boxes ) over the long weekends, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so that all orders arrive before the end of the week. Orders received on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

International Shipments

We do not ship Internationally (including Canada and Mexico)

Surcharge

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and United States Virgin Islands add $15.00 surcharge.

Cold Weather Shipping

We may delay the shipment of your tender tropical tree order until the weather warms up enough to avoid frost damage during transit. Should that be necessary we will contact you at that time.
